1) When was the last time that you really felt creative, and what did that feel like?

It’s been quite a while since I’ve felt creative, but I love the feeling and find it uplifting.

I feel creative every day, and it makes me very happy.

I seldom feel creative, but would like to feel that way more often.

2) How easy is it for you to sit down and start a new project?

Very easy, and I look forward to it

I often procrastinate before getting started

It’s very hard for me to begin a new project

3) How easy would you like it to be to start a new project?

Extremely easy and effortless

Easy, even if it requires some learned self-discipline techniques

Easy, but still would like to have a support system from others

4) If one of these were in front of you, which one would you choose:

A complete oil painting set, including every color and every brush and an easel

Steinway grand piano in perfect tune and in perfect condition

A dance studio big enough to accommodate the Royal Ballet

5) On a desk in front of you, there's a box of oil pastels, some scissors and paper and a harmonica. Which one would you pick up first?

The harmonica

The paper and scissors

6) Four birds are sitting on a branch. How would you arrange them?

One bird is on the right side, and three are on the left side.

All of the birds would be on the right side

All of the birds would be on the left side

Half of the birds would be on the right side

Half of the birds would be on the left side

All of the birds would be at the top of the tree

Arranging them is a personal choice in the moment.

7) I think art has made me smarter because..

It allows me to think more creatively

Art allows me to build my self-confidence in my ability to choose for my world.

It's smart to understand that my creativity is a part of my intelligence, and exercising that intelligence is manifested through art, so therefore, I am naturally smarter.

8) You've been commissioned to paint a mural the size of a giant barn. It's huge. How would you go about doing this assuming you think this is a great idea???

I'd divide up the job into smaller bites and figure out where to start.

I'd ask others to help me and create allies who could combine their intelligence with mine to help me.

I would pray for strength.

I would start somewhere, anywhere, and watch the project unfold because that is what I want even though I don't know exactly what's going happen when I do start.

I would let my feelings be full and joyous, and if they weren't, I would monitor them and find ways to keep up the good work and keep going.

Something contained in four words,

A way of expressing who I really am.

Just plain fun!

My connection to The Great Creator.

10) Art is ..?

The surfacing of joy expressed in tangible form through many diverse mediums.

Anything you do that creates its own aesthetic value as in the

Art is by nature pleasing.

Art is constantly re-defining itself and cannot be boxed in.

Art is life in fullness.

Art has a lot to say about beauty.
